The suite here is impressive with comfortable beds and a spacious terrace.

Pleasant place for a visit to Cologne with incredible location to the Christmas markets and welcoming services. Location very close to historical centre as well as central railway station.

The room was bright with terrace, it's own balcony, and USB ports.

The hotel was wonderful, fairly clean, offered great breakfasts, and had a marvelous location right in the center of town. Comfort double room was bright, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I had an excellent view of the cathedral from my window. The staff was very good and kind at all levels.

The best thing is its location, next to the Cathedral and 3 minutes from the train station. It's not like a Spanish 4 star, the rooms are small, there are no amenities, only an elevator.

Under the bed, there were some earplugs and a bottle of deodorant. worst thing about it is that when the rooms were made, they left the windows of the room and bathroom open, so when we returned the first day of being in Cologne and arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, room was frozen, I'm talking about December. bathroom window, open. tremendous cold, we thought it was a punctual thing and next day we went at noon to check it and same, so the three days we went to close the windows at noon. Their heating doesn't come on if the windows are open, so when we closed them, we turned on the air and left, when we came back at night it was already warm. I've been travelling for 30 years and I've never seen them leave everything open.

The restaurant here is excellent and you can also find a bar and a convenient check-out process available.

Good three stars. It's not four. It's a very small shower cubicle. The porter spent almost an hour preparing the closing documents and did everything wrong early (drove in group).

Comfy bed in the suite was amazing! 🛌 the free Wi-Fi worked really well and the staff was super helpful.

Front desk people were very nice and informative. I am a very picky person about hotels being clean. The room was very clean, bedding very clean, restroom very clean. Carpet was very clean! The location was great, couldn't ask for better. Parking was a little of a hassel, but that is expected in Germany. It was reasonable and the price is/was average for Europe. The breakfast was also very reasonable for the price. I have stayed at many hotels, I was very comfortable, satisfied and would recommend this hotels to family and friends. The price was so affordable for the location. Overall...I Would stay here again. It made our trip nice knowing the room was so clean. And we had air condition!!! Great place to stay and a great price.

Clean and modern. Good internet but has download restrictions that you have to always reset your connection once you max out. Friendly helpful staff. Parking in the area was 15 euro's per day. Good location
